We can then advise you on the options available.

please supply the following information in an email to the sales person who sent your quote.
- Confirm the order via email, usually by cutting and pasting the quote that was sent to you. Remember to include the quantity you require.
- Confirm your choice of handle (the standard handle will be used as a default)
- Confirm your choice of fabric colour from the 30 colours available.
- Advise how many sides of the bag you want printed. Options are front, back or web address/name on the side panels.
- Attach your artwork to the email. EPS (encapsulated post script) format is preferable. Hi-resolution JPG or PDF is acceptable but at no less than 180DPI–300DPI. If you don’t have your artwork in these formats, supply what you have and we will advise on whether it is useable. We may need to re-create your artwork for a small fee.
- If you have specific print colours, please provide PMS (Pantone) colour codes. Confirm delivery address for your pre-production sample and delivery address for the bulk of the order. Please note that we cannot deliver the bulk order to post office box addresses.
- Please supply all contact details.
After you have placed your order
Our accounts department will send you an invoice for a 40% deposit. You may pay by credit card (except American Express), or electronic transfer.
You will receive a PDF proof of your artwork on a bag template within a few days. Please approve this via return email. Changes to the presented PDF may incur an artwork fee.
Once this is approved you will receive a pre-production sample, usually within 15 working days. This is a manufactured sample of the bag and you will be notified by email when this sample is sent. Please approve this sample by return email. Changes to the presented sample may incur a fee which can be costly.
Once you have approved your sample, your order should arrive within 6-8 weeks. Please allow for extra time in peak periods (July and December).
