The International Association of Language Centres run language schools in over 22 countries. They needed bespoke event bags for a workshop being held in the French city of Rouen.

The delegates were study travel decision makers and had travelled to Rouen to hear an industry research report on the perception of independent schools and boutique chains in language travel.
